Payment for Products & Services
All debit/credit cards will be processed in Euro’s at the time of payment. Medically Led Fitness Ltd is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Card companies.
Cancellation & No Show policy
Cancellation and no-show policy in place.
- Any cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will result in a 100% charge of the clinic fee, even in case of illness.
- At our clinic, we operate by appointment only, recognising that your time is as valuable as ours.
- Cancellations and no-shows not only impact our productivity but also inconvenience other patients waiting for their appointments.
Rest assured, we will send you reminders via email and/or text before your appointment, to ensure you remember your scheduled session time.
Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
