We believe group classes are a great way to get one of your weekly exercise sessions done and in a supportive and fun environment.

We offer a range of group classes for varying levels of fitness, ability, and for those living with and without a medical condition. Class brief description below:

Beginners & Intermediate Pilates

Pilates focusses on enhancing core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through a flow of movements.

Engage in weight-bearing exercises proven to strengthen bones and reduce the effects of osteopenia/osteoporosis as well as improve balance and coordination.

Get STRONGER and minimise age related muscle loss through our strength class that is specialised for women.

Combat PD

A class for people living with Parkinson’s Disease who want to improve their everyday function and reduce the impact of their symptoms. It focuses on Parkinson’s specific exercises using BIG, powerful movements.

BIG Bootcamp

Bootcamp is for young people living with Parkinson’s Disease. It is a fun, intensive class that targets the symptoms of PD.

Men's Strength & Conditioning

All of our classes are run by Chartered Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists & Exercise Physiologists specialising in the area of exercise prescription. We take exercise seriously. If you are taking a proactive approach to lifestyle health (with or without medical issues), we believe that the correct weekly exercise prescription can transform your life.

Complimentary Guest Lecture Series

We view our service as a ‘Lifetime Lifestyle’ support for our clients. For that reason, our plan for 2024 involves a monthly Guest Lecture Series on various areas of lifestyle. We believe that Exercise is a vital pillar of health and wellness, but also appreciate that we must consider other factors such as:
