We believe group classes are a great way to get one of your weekly exercise sessions done and in a supportive and fun environment.
We offer a range of group classes for varying levels of fitness, ability, and for those living with and without a medical condition. Class brief description below:
Beginners Pilates
- Tuesday - 10am
- Wednesday - 9am
- Friday - 10am & 11.30am
BIG Bootcamp
- Thursday - 6pm
Fitness Fusion
- Friday - 9am
Strong Bones
- Tuesday - 12pm

Arthritis Strength

Why exercise with us?
All of our classes are run by Chartered Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists & Exercise Physiologists specialising in the area of exercise prescription. We take exercise seriously. If you are taking a proactive approach to lifestyle health (with or without medical issues), we believe that the correct weekly exercise prescription can transform your life.

Group Class Package Details
The Quick Start Package
- 1 x 1:1 individual assessment session
- This is a 40 minute assessment of your current lifestyle and medical and functional status
- 6 group classes (6 consecutive weeks)
- Access to 1 lifestyle guest lecture online
‘The Full Works’ Package
- 1x Medical Fitness Test™
- This is a 1 hour assessment of your current lifestyle, medical status, body composition, strength, cardiorespiratory fitness - V02 max, mobility, flexibility and more…
- Comprehensive follow-up report within 48 hours
- 6 group classes (6 consecutive weeks)
- Access to 1 lifestyle guest lecture online
Class duration & size:
All of our classes are one hour. We like to keep our class numbers small to ensure we can provide good guidance and feedback in classes. Therefore, we keep our class numbers between 6-8 participants.
What happens after 6 weeks?
Our group classes run all year – we believe that looking after your health is a 52 weeks a year job, so we want to support you with that. Let us help you keep consistent with your exercise in a fun and supportive way with our group classes.
All of our classes run in blocks of 6 consecutive weeks.
