At Personal Health, we have a special interest in the area of Parkinson’s. We strive to improve the lives of people with PD. Our therapists are trained in the most up to date, evidence-based therapies such as LSVT® BIG and PD Warrior™.

Research suggests that exercise is the only way currently known to have the potential to slow down the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
If you have Parkinson’s disease, you cannot afford to underestimate the benefits of exercise. Being sedentary is one of the fastest ways to increase your symptoms. If you want to be the best you can be, now is time to look at the Parkinson’s programmes available at Personal Health.
Marion is currently on maternity leave, In the interim, anyone on our team can do exercise sessions to keep you moving. (Our physiotherapists & exercise physiologists do not do the PD Warrior programme).
