Andrew Dunne founded Personal Health – Medical Exercise Clinic™ in February 2016 with a vision to integrate lifestyle medicine & exercise into all medical treatment plans. Over the past seven years, the clinic has supported more than 6,000 individuals—both online and in person—by providing personalised exercise prescriptions tailored to corporate and medical populations.
With a background as a professional rugby player for 11 years, Andrew developed a deep appreciation for the role of structured rehabilitation and preventive care. This experience fuelled his passion for lifestyle medicine, particularly the use of exercise as a medical intervention to improve health outcomes in clinical settings.
Andrew firmly believes that exercise prescription should be a fundamental component of all medical treatment plans, helping individuals not just recover but thrive through sustainable, health-focused lifestyle changes.
Our team brings together chartered physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and an occupational therapist—all with master’s-level credentials and international experience (New Zealand, Australia, UK).
They combine clinical precision with evidence-based exercise, nutrition, and rehabilitation techniques—from Pilates, Yoga and powerlifting to an evidence-based approach. Led by a founder with over a decade in professional sport, every programme is medically guided, personalised, and results-driven.

Abdullah is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping people move, feel, and perform at their best. He graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in 2025 with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy and received a Clinical Distinction Award for excellence during his clinical placements.
His interest in physiotherapy began after sustaining several injuries as a national team thrower in his teenage years in Egypt. That experience sparked his appreciation for how movement, strength, and rehabilitation can transform not only recovery but also confidence and overall quality of life.
Abdullah is particularly motivated by seeing people progress. Whether that means regaining independence after injury, returning to sport, or exceeding their own expectations in strength and function. Outside the clinic, he enjoys training intensively and challenging himself physically, staying connected to the same process he encourages in his patients: consistent effort, resilience, and progress.
