Looking for a safe, gentle, and effective way to build strength, improve posture, and ease aches and pains? Our Physiotherapy-Led Pilates is designed especially for you. These small-group sessions focus on core strength, flexibility, and balance – all with expert guidance tailored to your needs and any existing conditions.
No experience needed for the beginners classes – just the ability to get up and down from the floor comfortably.
All first time participants start with a one-to-one Intro Session with Theresa Slattery to discuss your health, assess movement, and learn key Pilates techniques.

This is not your average yoga class.
It’s a small, supportive group (maximum 6 participants) guided by a Chartered Physiotherapist who understands your unique needs — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing stiffness or pain, or simply looking to improve strength and mobility.
Perfect for beginners, returners, or anyone who wants a calm, clinically-informed approach to yoga.
