I’ve been referred to Personal Health by my consultant but I don’t know what to book?
Book in for an Initial Exercise Consultation. The clinician will go through your referral, medical history, current physical activity & goals and then advise a plan going forward.
My therapist advised they would send info on exercises, but I haven’t received them.

Can I book in for exercises with long COVID?
You can book in for a consultation. We will need full medical history and medication history. The consultation will include some small levels of exertion and heart rate monitoring plus O2 saturation levels.
We can assess suitability for an exercise programme.
Do you treat lymphoedema?
Unfortunately none of our physiotherapists work with lymphoedema. We recommend visiting this site for The National Lymphoedema Framework Ireland (NLFI).
