Where are you located?

Parking: Pay & Display parking on Grosvenor Road & Charleville Road, Rathmines or you can park in the The Swan Shopping centre (300m from Personal Health & a 4 minute walk)

1:1 consultation with a chartered physiotherapist or exercise physiologist. They will go through your medical history, baseline assessment, goals objectives you wish to achieve. Agree your personalised treatment plan. For initial consultation, bring a list of medication you are on.
Unfortunately, we do not.

You can submit your receipts to your medical insurance if you are covered for physiotherapy under your package. This only applies to our chartered physiotherapists.

Exercise physiology can be claimed on the tax medical form if you are referred by a GP/Consultant. Group classes can be claimed if your health insurance plan has fitness benefits. Please check your benefit details.

You can set up an online account where you can book, reschedule & cancel appointments. You will also be able to access copies of all of your receipts.

Comfortable clothes, solid non slippery footwear and a bottle of water. We have changing facilities in clinic.
We advise you to come in for the initial consultation and then your exercise package can be done online via Zoom or our clinic software programme.
You do not need a referral. You can book with us directly.

Book in for an Initial Exercise Consultation. The clinician will go through your referral, medical history, current physical activity & goals and then advise a plan going forward.

Allow 24 hours since your appointment and please check your junk/spam folders.
We do not do any home visits.
Only if a patient is with Irish Life Health insurance, we as physiotherapists can refer them for an MRI to Alliance Medical. If you are with other health insurance providers or do not have health insurance, you will need to get a referral from your GP/Consultant.

You can book in for a consultation. We will need full medical history and medication history. The consultation will include some small levels of exertion and heart rate monitoring plus O2 saturation levels.

We can assess suitability for an exercise programme.

Unfortunately none of our physiotherapists work with lymphoedema. We recommend visiting this site for The National Lymphoedema Framework Ireland (NLFI).
