Mark obtained his BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree from University College Dublin in 2007. After graduating he spent two years working in The National Rehabilitation Hospital Dun Laoghaire where he gained extensive experience treating a range of neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

In 2009 he moved to Beautiful British Columbia, in Canada and started working in a busy private practice. He specialised in neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy by completing a Masters’ program in advanced orthopaedics from the University of Western Canada, Ontario. This qualification developed advanced clinical skills in all areas of musculoskeletal pain. Mark uses a “hands on” approach to patient treatment combining manual therapy, dry needling and exercise prescription to achieve best results for patients.

There is another side to Mark. He has also spent a huge amount of time working in head injury programs, specifically involved in the management of client’s who have suffered a concussion. He has been through post-graduate training in this area, and is also a certified Vestibular Therapist, who is very well versed in the assessment and tailored treatment of vertigo, dizziness, motion sensitivity and imbalance. He has worked with hundreds of concussed clients, whether the injury was suffered at home, at work, or through amateur or elite sporting endeavours.

Dee Ryan graduated from Trinity College Dublin and has gained extensive experience working in the sport environment both here and overseas in New Zealand and Australia. She has completed a Masters in Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and subsequently was the Senior Physiotherapist to the Irish Women’s Hockey team and in house Physio for Professional Mixed Martial Artists. Alongside muscle and joint injuries, Dee’s interests expand to include chronic pain patients having trained under Specialists in the field, treating all ages along the spectrum.

Dee’s philosophy in treatment embodies targeting all impairments and predisposing factors to injury. This ensures a thorough and specific approach to rehabilitation, which minimises the risk of re-injury. To ensure high-quality care Dee holds additional qualifications in Dry Needling, Kinesiology taping, Muscle Energy Techniques for Lumbar and Pelvic Dysfunctions, a Level 2 Sports Trainer Certificate, Matwork Pilates and Pink Ribbon Pilates which is specific to breast cancer patients .

From Dublin, Mary-Kate graduated with a BSc honours degree in physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin.

Mary-Kate has worked as a physiotherapist for 9 years in private and public hospitals in Dublin and London.

While Mary-Kate has worked in many diverse areas of physiotherapy including Sports Injuries, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Neurology, Care of the Elderly, Rheumatology and Bone health, she has a keen interest in Women’s health, Acupuncture & Pilates. Having three children she understands the physical demands on a person’s body after birth and how essential specifically tailored exercise programmes are pre and post-natal.

She is a certified Mummy MOT practitioner and has completed postgraduate courses in pilates, acupuncture, Advanced manual therapy for the pelvic floor, female urinary incontinence and prolapse. She is also a certified Rehabilitation breast cancer exercise specialist and is a member of the renowned pink ribbon programme. Mary-Kate believes in a holistic approach towards patient care.

Eoin Keating

Eoin graduated with honours from Northumbria University, Newcastle, United Kingdom in 2011. He returned to his native Ireland where he worked in private practice for a number of years, gaining valuable experience with a diverse caseload of Musculoskeletal patients. In 2013 Eoin moved to Vancouver, B.C and worked in private practice with an orthopaedic caseload. Eoin has a special interest in sports injuries, stemming from his own playing career of soccer and gaelic football, and has worked with a number of high-level hurling and rugby teams, including the Munster Rugby team where he completed one of his University placements.

Since graduation Eoin has completed a number of post graduate courses including the Diane Lee Integrated Systems Model, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Lyn Watson Shoulder Course, Mulligans Mobilisations course, Donatelli Shoulder course as well as an advanced hip rehabilitation course. Trying to identify the underlying cause of pain and dysfunction is a cornerstone of Eoin’s approach and he uses dry needling combined with manual therapy and exercise prescription to achieve best results with his clients.

Outside of work Eoin enjoys watching sports like soccer, NFL, NBA and rugby. He enjoys reading autobiographies, running, crossfit, socialising with friends, travelling to new places and experiencing different cultures.

Ruairí O’Donohoe

Ruairí graduated from University College Dublin, and since then has been working in private practice in a variety of settings.

In 2013, Ruairí moved to New Zealand, where he worked in various private clinics in Auckland city and with a local rugby club. While in New Zealand, he became qualified as a Pilates Instructor, teaching group classes and private sessions. He also became certified in Dry Needling Therapy, and uses these skills to complement his physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation.

Ruairí has a special interest in sports and running injuries, and in developing more efficient movement patterns to help reduce the risk of injury and promote an active lifestyle.  He is highly motivated to help you achieve your goals in both a personal and performance setting, ensuring that you have a positive experience and recover with long lasting effects.

Ruairí loves to keep active and has a great interest in gym training and running, having completed several half and full marathons.

Andrew Dunne

Andrew is an alumnus of the Royal College of Surgeons and initially worked in Orthopaedics with the Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin. Here he worked extensively in the areas of knee and hip replacement.

In May 2013 Andrew began work as lead physiotherapist in professional cricket, including consultancy positions with the Caribbean Premier League and Cricket Ireland. He toured the West Indies, Dubai and Bangladesh with the Irish National team, enjoying the professional challenges of the T20 Cricket World Cup in April 2014.

Andrew has a sporting background in professional rugby, and a playing career interrupted by injury initially prompted his interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
