From Dublin, Mary-Kate graduated with a BSc honours degree in physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin.
Mary-Kate has worked as a physiotherapist for 7 years in private and public hospitals in Dublin and London.
While Mary-Kate has worked in many diverse areas of physiotherapy including Sports Injuries, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Neurology, Care of the Elderly, Rheumatology and Bone health, she has a keen interest in Women’s health, Acupuncture & Pilates. Having two children she understands the physical demands on a persons body after birth and how essential specifically tailored exercise programmes are pre and post-natal.
She has completed postgraduate courses in pilates, acupuncture, manual therapy and female urinary incontinence. She is also a certified Rehabilitation breast cancer exercise specialist and is a member of the renowned pink ribbon programme. Mary-Kate believes in a holistic approach towards patient care.
