The Pink Ribbon Programme is a specifically designed, gentle and staged Pilates based exercise program for breast cancer survivors who are on the road to recovery. It is suitable whether the surgery was recent or several years ago and accommodates all fitness levels.

At Personal Health the Pink Ribbon Programme is led by experienced physiotherapists and breast cancer exercise specialists, Mary-Kate Finn and Deirdre Ryan.

The Pink Ribbon Programme will help stretch and strengthen the shoulders, chest, back, and abdominal muscles, allowing a woman to regain full range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer surgery while also focusing on core stability to give your body a strong foundation on which to move. It supports the physical and emotional recovery from breast cancer surgery and promotes a positive body image.
