We recommend this screening as an ideal entry point for our dietary and exercise programmes.

The information in our screening is presented in a timely fashion within 48 hours of your appointment. (Please see sample downloadable report below)

The results are delivered in plain language, with visual interpretations throughout, and standardised comparative norms to help gauge your overall status.

We provide an ‘MOT’ that includes the following:

• an initial health and lifestyle questionnaire

• an in depth interview and physical examination with an experienced GP

• an quantitative assessment of your cardiovascular risk which takes into account your age, family history and blood results

• a urine test

• an electrocardiogram (ECG) – a pain free, non invasive procedure which records the electrical activity of the heart.

• a range of blood tests to include FBC – Full Blood Count (which looks at the proportions of different blood cells and assesses for a myriad of conditions)

• an assessment of your kidney, liver and thyroid function

• a cholesterol test

• a screening test for diabetes
